The Errecart Boulevard annexation area of the property is located on the border of the Elko city boundary line.  

The city has designated a roadway that will cross through the JTM property and will annex a portion of our property with the dedicated roadway.  This property is expected to increase significantly in value upon annexation and provide many development opportunities for both commercial and residential use.  The City is anxious to develop the roadway because of the traffic congestion.  Currently, many workers travel from Spring Creek directly down Highway 277 and straight through the middle of town causing traffic jams every morning.

The construction of Errecart Boulevard will alleviate the downtown traffic problems letting the miners who park near the west side of town each day bypass the congestion.  This road passing right through the corner of our property will give a lot of exposure to our projects.
